获取大文件下载 URL

不经 Eyun 服务器中转文件内容，而是拿一个可直接下载的 URL（适合大文件、交给浏览器/客户端自行下）。

请求参数

参数	必填	类型	说明
appid	是	string	实例 appid，标识操作哪个已登录账号。示例：we_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
fileId	是	string	大文件 id。示例：*1*<大文件 id>
fileName	是	string	文件名。示例：random_20mb_20260727.txt
