修改群公告

设置 / 修改群公告文本。

请求参数

参数	必填	类型	说明
appid	是	string	实例 appid，标识操作哪个已登录账号。示例：we_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
roomId	是	int64	群 id，来自获取我的客户群列表响应里的 data.roomData.list[].roomId。示例：1970326472001502
notice	是	string	公告内容。示例：测试公告

成功只返回响应封套

判断成功只看 code 为 0，没有 data 字段。

响应字段

detail	string	附加明细，通常为空
